We will send you a shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number. We encourage you to create a Legend Amrapali account to track orders, share your wish list, and expedite checkout.

All International orders will be held for 10 business days to insure validity of purchase. All international shipments must have the same billing and shipping address. The party receiving the international shipment is responsible for all import duties and taxes required by local governments. Upon arrival of the shipment, duties and taxes must be paid to release your shipment from customs. Contact your local postal service for information regarding the duties and taxes required to receive international jewelry shipments.

Please note, any order shipped internationally will be considered final sale and will be non-returnable.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address? 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to an APO/FPO address.

Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All jewelry arrives beautifully arranged in our signature Legend Amrapali jewelry box and Legend Amrapali anti-tarnish pouch.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to write a gift message for each individual item in your order. This gift message will be included on the packing slip of your order. We recommend customizing the message and adding your name, as this is the only place on the package that will identify you as the gift giver.

 

DELIVERY

When will my purchase be delivered?

In stock items will ship within 2 business days of purchase date.

Deliveries only occur Monday-Friday.

Legend Amrapali does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.

If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 2 business days of the order, a Legend Amrapali client service specialist will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. At this time, you will have the option of cancelling your order. If an item cannot ship within the second business day of the purchase date, and you choose to cancel the order, the payment and any applicable taxes will be fully refunded using the same method the payment was received.

Delivery time of Custom Orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders typically require 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the request.

Will I have to sign for delivery?

All deliveries require the signature of a person at least 18 years of age.

I missed my delivery, what should I do?

FedEx will attempt to deliver again the following business day.

My order was damaged when I received it, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please take a picture of the box and the damaged item, and include the images in an email to Legend Amrapali’s

 

PAYMENTS

When will my card be charged?

Your account will be charged at the time the order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Legend Amrapali accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) and bank wire transfers. Contact Legend Amrapali Client Services at clientservices@legendamrapali.com to set up a wire transfer payment.

Will there by taxes on my order?

Legend Amrapali is required to collect state and local sales taxes for purchases made online and by phone in the states where we conduct business. Applicable state and local taxes will be collected for transactions that ship within the states of New York and Missouri. 

How will payments transactions appear on my account?

Payments will appear on your account as Amrapali Inc.

How is my credit card information protected?

Legend Amrapali is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We have protections in place to prevent unauthorized transactions and your credit card is fully secured.

How do I enter a promotional code?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it during checkout.

How do I use a gift certificate?

If you would like to use a gift certificate to purchase your order, you can enter the gift certificate code during checkout.

 

RETURNS

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return domestic shipping is free! We will gladly provide you with a return label.

Please allow 14 days to process a return.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the Legend Amrapali Return and Exchange Policy?

Legend Amrapali wants you to be completely delighted with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, Legend Amrapali offers the following options:

  • Free return shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
  • An exchange in the form of Legend Amrapali merchandise credit.
  • A refund to the original credit card used for payment for product(s).

All refunds require the original purchase receipt or gift receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment on your order. Items received as gifts and returned within 14 days of delivery date will be issued merchandise credit for the full value of the merchandise and require a gift receipt. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging with original label intact. Legend Amrapali custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. Legend Amrapali Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

International Orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
